I’m David Sheldon, founder of SellingWorx Plus Inc. and proud to be located right here in Rideau Lakes Township, part of Leeds & Grenville County. An entrepreneur shaped more by my failures, plus identifying other business owner failures, than my wins. After building and breaking a few businesses of my own, I learned first-hand what drains profit, what stalls growth, and what keeps small business owners awake at night. Those lessons became the foundation of my Proprietary Profit Analysis System — a tool designed to uncover hidden opportunities and eliminate the blind spots that cost businesses money. Today, I use that system, along with the hard-earned insights from my own journey, to help small business owners build healthier, more profitable companies. Business is hard. My 40+ years in business, along with working with owners along the way, I have identified what every one of these company owners go through, while trying to grow. I call it the Business Evolution Ladder. Hopefully, owners here will someday get to hear my talk on this topic. Let’s face it… owners are in business for independence & freedom. They advertise to get prospects, to get clients, to get revenue, to get profit, to get cash, to build a big business, to get wealthy, to get Freedom. Most owners focus on sales & revenue, having not learned there are a minimum of 12 areas of growth. Note: Profit is the domino that knocks over all other dominoes in business.
