Regional EcDev - Final Report Over the past few months, our Advocacy Committee has been hard at work on a Regional Economic Development Model for Leeds & Grenville. They have conducted many stakeholder interviews and have presented to councils across the region. The motion has been approved at United Counties Council, Brockville Council, and Prescott Council to direct staff to study the feasibility of a corporate model for Leeds & Grenville.
